Who am I?

Hi, I’m Liza; A badass, mud-loving, bear loving Fitness Professional.

I’m happiest when doing Obstacle Course Races (OCR), Mud-Runs and Triathlons and whilst doing all the training that these hobbies require.

I am a continuing work in progress, always striving to be the best version of me that I can be.

I am working to redefining “badass”. Being badass doesn’t mean you have to be the strongest or the fastest. Being badass does mean that you show up, give 100% of yourself to your chosen purpose and challenge yourself every damn day to be a little bit better than yesterday. Anyone can be a Forza Fitness badass if they are committed to it. It doesn’t matter where you start, it’s where you are going that’s important and that journey is damn exciting.

Forza Fitness is a complete approach: I care about what you can do with your body, what you put in your body and what you put on your body.

My Personal Training and Online Coaching are at the forefront of my approach.

My Recipe Books give you a wide range of knowledge and support you in making good nutrition choices that back up your training.

My Clothing Range, in partnership with Big Crocodile, ensures that you have the perfect workout kit which is fit for purpose and of the highest quality.
