A series of workout challenges where it is you versus you. Equipment Based – you will need kettlebells or dumbbells ideally.
Combines boxing and fight conditioning.
Can be done with a partner with pads & gloves or a solo shadow boxer.
A bodyweight Pyramid session focussed on improving overall strength and conditioning.
Boxercise and KickBoxercise interval training. Bodyweight only.
Max Interval Bodyweight Training. Combines cardio, strength, agility, balance, speed, power and core.
Lower Body Conditioning
A bodyweight strength and conditioning class focusing on the lower body
(legs, glutes and core)
Bodyweight only interval training using the Tabata specific 20 secs on, 10 sec off for 8 rounds.
